All of our products are print on demand, meaning they’re made fresh just for you.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be printed and packed before shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if you provided an email at checkout).

What does ‘print on demand’ mean?

Instead of holding bulk stock, we create each item after your order is placed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing
Disliking the item

Please make sure to double-check your sizing before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Every order is inspected and shipped in mint condition, so you can trust it leaves us looking its best.

We take pride in quality, and we ask that customers do not claim damage unless the issue occurred during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.
