All Sunburnt Country Clothing items are made to order using a print-on-demand process.
This allows us to offer a wide range of designs without holding bulk stock.

Processing times: Up to 14 business days
Shipping begins once production is complete.
Tracking information is sent via email after dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our products are print on demand, meaning they’re made fresh just for you.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be printed and packed before shipping.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number (if you provided an email at checkout).

What does ‘print on demand’ mean?

Instead of holding bulk stock, we create each item after your order is placed.

This allows us to:

Offer more designs and sizes
Reduce waste
Keep quality consistent

Your item is made specially for you — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

How do I choose the right size?

All our apparel uses unisex sizing, which may fit differently from standard men’s or women’s sizes.

To find your best fit, we recommend:

Checking the size guide on each product page
Measuring a favourite tee or jumper you already own
Comparing it to our listed measurements

Taking a moment to check measurements helps ensure the right fit from the start.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect sizing
Disliking the item

Please make sure to double-check your sizing before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Every order is inspected and shipped in mint condition, so you can trust it leaves us looking its best.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.

Please note: replacement items follow our normal production timeframe of up to 14 business days.

At this stage, we ship within Australia only.
