Every order is inspected and shipped in mint condition, so you can trust it leaves us looking its best.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.
Once confirmed, we’ll replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.
